You agree to, and you must make sure that you, your party and any visitors (including, in each case, their children), whom you have invited to the Park  break the behaviour standards below then we may terminate your booking.

1. To act in a courteous and considerate manner towards us, our staff and anyone visiting,using

    or working on the Park including other customers.

2. To supervise children so that they are not a nuisance or danger to themselves or other 

    people using the Park. 

      2.1. Unaccompanied children will not be allowed into the entertainment complex.

      2.2. All children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult in the swimming

              Pools.

      2.3. Lost children must be reported to reception and you will be required to complete a form in 

             order for us to search for your missing child efficiently.

3. Not to:

    3.1. Commit any criminal offence (whether or not on the Park or in its vicinity) which causes your  

           name to be entered on the Violent and Sex Offender Register or causes you to be subject to

           a Risk of Sexual Harm Order or Child Abduction Warning Notice (or any register, order or 

           notice succeeding these);

   3.2. Use the Park in connection with any criminal activity or commit any other criminal offence 

          (i.e. any offence not already subject to clause 47.1) at the Park or in its vicinity;

   3.3  Commit any acts of vandalism or nuisance on the Park;

   3.4. Use fireworks, Chinese lanterns or any similar open flame heat source on the Park;

   3.5. Keep or carry any firearm or any other weapon on the Park;

   3.6. Keep or use any unlawful drugs on the Park;

   3.7. Create undue noise or disturbance or commit antisocial behaviour on the Park;

   3.8. Carry on any trade or business at the Park;

   3.9. Permit anyone who is to your knowledge on the Violent and Sex Offender Register or subject

          to a Risk of Sexual Harm Order or a Child Abduction Warning Notice (or any register, order 

          or notice succeeding these) to use or visit the Park.

4. Freshwater does not permit ball games on or near touring pitches or around the static caravans,

    (please use the playing field). 

5.  Electric scooters, hoverboards, segways or drones are NOT permitted on the park.  Please 

     remember that rules of the road apply to all when staying or visiting Freshwater.

6. All vehicles on the park must be taxed, insured and have passed MOT regulations – we do not  

    permit the use of any non road legal motorised vehicles (mini scooters, quad bikes etc.).

7. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times whilst on park. A 

    maximum of three dogs are permitted per touring pitch. Any dog found loose on the park will be 

    treated as a stray. Dogs are not allowed in the shop or swimming pool areas and only in the 

    designated areas of the Entertainment Complex and Rolling Stone Bar and Terrace. You are 

    required to clean up after your pet, a complimentary dog scoop is provided on your arrival.

8. Music must be kept to an acceptable level so as not to disturb others on the park.

9.  Freshwater accepts families and couples only.  We do not accept all male/female groups or 

     unaccompanied teenagers.

10. For everyone’s comfort and convenience customers are requested to return to their 

      accommodation by 1.30am.

11. Parking permits must be displayed at all times when on the park.

12. Anyone who appears to be under 25 will be asked to provide photographic identification.

13. All visitors and contractors must report to reception.

14. Caution is advised when using the beach at Freshwater as the sea shelves steeply and at any

      state of the tide there may be strong currents and undertow.  Children in particular should be 

      closely supervised at all times.

15. Passes should be carried at all times particularly on entry to the pools.

16. Gazebos up to three metres square are allowed, space permitting.  However, we do not accept

      event shelters/tents.

17. No refuse is to be left outside your accommodation, and rubbish must be placed in the wheelie 

      bins situated around the park.

18. The speed limit on park is 10mph and strictly enforced.

The management reserves the right to change the Park Rules from time to time should it be necessary.
