Have a fun day out for all the family at the Jurassic Fun Centre (JFC), situated at Freshwater Beach Holiday Park, in the heart of the world famous Jurassic Coast. Whether it's a relaxing dip in the pool for the adults or, for the kids, a good time in our fun pool area; enjoying a meal whilst looking out over the Jurassic coast; or striking out on a full-sized American 10-pin bowling lane; there's always fun for everyone at the Jurassic Fun Centre. The Jurassic Fun Centre is a great place to go with kids on family days out. With several different packages, it can be a cheap day out too!

Bowling

At the Jurassic Fun Centre, there are six full-sized American 10-pin bowling lanes to enjoy, offering something for everyone - from beginners to experts! Great fun for kids and adults parties too. If you are not afraid of the dark, why not ask to play under ultraviolet light and make it a spookily good time? All lanes are bookable from 10am until 7pm (later by prior arrangement), so what are you waiting for?

Swimming

We have three swimming pools for you to use and enjoy, For the adults, we have the main swimming pool which has a safe 1.1m constant depth; or for the children (and adults that should know better), we have the fun swimming pool with water slides, water cannons and other apparatus for you to enjoy. We even have an infant swimming pool for any parents coming with their little ones.

Gym

If fitness is your thing, then our gym has everything you need. You can run, row or cycle on our machines for an all out cardio workout or use our equipment to press, curl, fly extend and squat your way to fitness.

Restaurant and Sports Bar

Come upstairs to the Rolling Stone Bar and Restaurant. You can relax with a coffee, tea or drink from our fully licensed bar. Enjoy a delicious meal from our family menu. Enjoy our informal cafe outdoor seating experience on the roof terrace with breathtaking views of the Jurassic Coast, now a world heritage site.

Brilliant site for families with exceptionally friendly staff A brilliant site for all the family. Every staff member we met were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool area is brilliant for all ages with both the pool and changing areas a comfortably warm temperature. The restaurant was a great place to go in the nights we didn’t fancy cooking and offered a good variety of food all served with a smile and friendly conversation. There are also daily visits from food trucks if you fancy something different. I can highly recommend Millie the manicurist who did an excellent job on my nails and contrary to other reviews I thought the shower blocks were really well appointed and maintained. The onsite shop is stocked with everything you might possibly need - even the kitchen sink! I would highly recommend this site for families. We’ll definitely be back.

Brilliant family holiday All the staff were lovely and very welcoming. The entertainment on an evening was brilliant for all ages, with lots of opportunities for participation for the children. The bar/ restaurant has lots of options and caters for many dietary requirements. Our accommodation was spotless and very well maintained. The swimming/ pool area was very clean and ran very well, lots of life guards present. The pool has a great area for children and a brilliant little paddling pool for toddlers. A special mention has to go to the life guards and security team who handled a situation brilliantly while we were there. We shall definitely be returning to freshwater.

Amazing!! Amazing site for the beach, the pools.. facilities are fantastic for all including the restaurant and food vans. I have to say the entertainment was outstanding for both adults and children- can’t wait to come back again with the family xx 😘

Excellent evening entertainment with friendly and familiar faces As a regular visitor to Freshwater, it is always so nice at the start of the season to see what has taken place out of season- a lot of areas have been improved for this year. The Entertainment in the evenings has been revamped and rescheduled to accommodate all users of the site through different timings and it is so great to see Lianna, Sophie and Chris back as part of the team. Their dancing and choreography is excellent and keeps everyone, young and old, entertained (even if I am not able to follow it with my two left feet)!! Having returning Yellowcoats from one season to the next really shows the value of this holiday park as they become part of your holiday or mini break from the start. Keep up the great work Yellowcoat team x

Wholesome family fun & spectacular views Fantastic family fun with a team of entertainers (yellow coats) who work tirelessly day and night to keep a huge smile on the face of every family member. From 10am kids activities to disco’s and games lasting way into the night, these girls don’t seem to sleep yet always have a smile and energy to lift everyone’s spirits. This place has a magical allure which keeps you coming back year after year

Outstanding Family Resort My family and I took our touring caraven here for the whitsun break, I can not fault the park in any way, the staff are helpful and cheerful, the facilities are second to none and the fishing of the beach for mackrel was brilliant. We have booked tpo come back again whitsun this year and would not hesitate to reccoment this park to any one.

Multiple family trips here We've stayed at Freshwater a few times as we have access to a static caravan here. My son (8) absolutely adores it. We can give him some freedom as the site is really secure. It's right on the beach front and in a beautiful setting. The pools are great and my son spends hours in the outdoor area, the indoor pool is time restricted but does also have a sauna, steam and jacuzzi if you get chance to sneak off! The club house and reps are great loads for kids to do and the bingo is great fun every evening.
