Venue hire
Whether you're looking for a venue to hold 40 or 400, Freshwater has something to suit! There are four separate function areas available for hire - there's a large bar which easily holds 100 people, an entertainment hall for up to 400 people, the Cellar Bar for roughly 40 people and Sunset Lounge Bar which can either be used as a bar or buffet functions for around 60 people.
We've hosted many fantastic wedding receptions, birthday parties, product launches, fund-raisers and staff Christmas parties in the past. We can also offer leisure packages including ten-pin bowling, swimming and hair/beauty treatments - all of which can be tailored to your exact requirements.
We are also the perfect venue to host that magical childrens party for you. From Bowling to Swimming or both combined.

Terms and Conditions:
Minimum 6 people per party booking.
Pool parties must be booked with the party food after swimming.
16 and over qualifies as an adult in the swimming pool and bowling alley.
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Food orders to be placed and final payment to be made at least one week in advance.
Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult in the bar/bowling area.
Under 12s must be accompanied or supervised in the pool area by an adult.
Supervising adults must pay £7.50 if entering the pool, free entry to spectate.
Supervising ratio: 1 adult to every 5 children in the swimming pools.
Hot tub, sauna and steam room for over 16's only.
We do not supply party bags or balloons, cake price available on request.
Party dates are available during school term time only and are subject to availability.
Please arrive 10 mins prior to the start time of your swimming/bowling session to
ensure the session starts on time
If you are late for your session, we may not be able to extend the end of your
session due to other bookings and you will forfeit this time.
We reserve the right to maximise lane usage for bowling.
By booking and paying a deposit for a party you are accepting these terms and
conditions.
